  VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System Provides
New Options for Homeless Veterans

  DENVER - On February 10 at 1 p.m., the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Eastern Colorado Health Care System
(ECHCS) will open its Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) at 3030 Downing Street, Denver.

  Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock and ECHCS Director Lynette A. Roff will give remarks and dedicate the dynamic,
community-based Center to homeless Veterans and their families.

    The Center will provide services including: permanent and transitional housing, employment services, VA & non-VA benefits,
showers, laundry, and case management. The Center will also provide avenues for collaboration between VA and community services.
Several community collaborators are committed to provide services to Veterans at the site.
